At Shopbavyfit, we work hard to ensure every order placed on shopbavyfit.com is processed quickly and delivered safely. This policy explains how SHOP BAVYFIT LLC manages order handling, shipping, delivery, and all related procedures for purchases made through our online store
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may extend slightly, but we will always notify you through email updates.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted U.S. carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery:
Standard Shipping: Estimated arrival within 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
Delivery times may vary depending on weather, carrier delays, or the destination address.
Shipping Coverage
Shopbavyfit ships to all 50 U.S. states, Alaska & Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing:
• The assigned shipping carrier
• Your unique tracking number
• A direct tracking link for real-time updates
Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership of the package transfers to you once the carrier accepts it.
When the carrier marks your order as “Delivered,” the shipment is considered successfully completed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be missing or delayed:
• Verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct
• Check with neighbors, reception desks, or household members
• Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@shopbavyfit.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will help investigate the issue and explore possible resolutions.
For packages marked as stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, our team will do everything possible to assist.
Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may choose to:
• Reship the package (additional shipping fees may apply)
• Request a refund (shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable)
Multiple Shipments
Large or multi-item orders may be shipped in more than one package to speed up delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number.
