This Refund & Return Policy explains how Shopbavyfit handles product replacement and refund requests for digital services.

  • Product has technical errors caused by Shopbavyfit (e.g. code issues)
  • Product does not match the description or customer requirements

2. Return & Replacement Conditions

Customers must contact Shopbavyfit within 03 working days from the time the product is delivered via email.

Valid requests must include proof of purchase and meet the required conditions.

For eligible cases, we will provide a replacement product or appropriate solution.

3. Refund Policy

If a refund is requested and approved, Shopbavyfit will process the request within 48 working hours.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method used by the customer.
